Effective as of July 01, 2024 Oralogix, LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the https://www.oralogix.com website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.oralogix.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. 

1.0 Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Generally, we use the Order Information collected to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products, services and/or initiatives. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You may opt-out of having your activity made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Legal Requirements. Oralogix may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To protect and defend the rights or property of Oralogix, LLC and affiliates
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
  • To protect against legal liability

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

6.0 Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use appropriate practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.​

7.0 Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

8.0 Reviews for products and comments

While you visit our site, we collect information about you during the process of creating comments or reviews of products. We’ll track: Author name, author email, author IP, date, title, content and review url: we’ll use this to create reviews of products   

9.0 Payments.

Oralogix uses Stripe Connect Payment Gateway. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Strip Connect, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Authorized members of our team have access to the information you provide us, such as: data returned by Strip Connect, including (but not limited to) cards’ unique ID and users’ details. Authorized team members have access to this information to track user’s identity.   

10.0 Personalization

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us and/or orders you have processed. The purpose of which is to be able to offer you appropriate options, deals or product combinations that are in line with you purchase history or submitted profile information.

11.0 Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a Minor and become aware that said Minor has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a Minor without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

12.0 Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
